PD & Processing date

Is processing date still relevant for EB3 applicants?
I guess our processing is just based on Priority date right?

What if you have < PD but your RD > processing date. Will application be processed or you have to have < PD and RD < Processing date to be considered for adjudication?

If you PD date is after 1/1/2002, your file will not be processed regardless of the receipt date..

hope this helps..

Jk,
Thanks for your reply.
My qst was once your PD is within the mark, do you still have to wait for the RD to become the processing date?

Once your priority date is current they can start processing your I-485 again.
Now if your center is working on cases with a receipt date after yours you will be fine. Before yours and you may have to wait a bit more. The approvals seem to be very random, and don't match up with the receive date posted in some centers. My I-140 is approved and yet the NSC says they are working on August 2003: My RD is Dec 2003. I also got an RFE on my I-485 and they are working RD of 08/2002. So make of this what you will.
