PD not current, processing complete,waiting for PD to be current for approval...

Please post your details here who are waiting for PD to be current for approval, but processing is complete ie., FP done,RFE responded. Just to check how many cases are there.
My details : PD 4/1/97,EB3,India,RD 8/9/99,ND 8/27/99,FP 7/19/00,RFE 10/18/00,RFE Resp 11/14/00. Waiting...

How would you know that the processing is complete unless you get a
letter from ins saying that the visa is not available. Just because
a rfe has been replied does not mean anything. Another RFE can always be generated.

Talked to IIO, she said mine might be on hold because visa number is not available, because it is almost one month since they officially received my response. I just presume processing is complete. Hope not to get a 2nd RFE.

EB3 PD:7/18/97Rd:8/4/99 Nd:8/23/99 FP:7/18/00 NO RFE and IIO told that No
decision has been take yet. not sure what this mean ? -rbx

Hi we are in the same situation. I have similar details like yours, when I talked to IIO, he said my case is on hold because visa dates are not current, when I asked for time frame, he said around 6 months
Pd 8/97,RD and ND Sep99, FP 7/00.

It is unbelievable that some EB3 guys with PD around Jul-Aug 1997 are getting approved in NSC.

Somebody with PD 12/98 in EB3 got approved on 12/9 form VSC thats great I saw on Immitracker..?????

PD 4/97 EB3, FP 08/00, RD 08/99, ND 09/99, RFE for Company Name Change 10/00, ammended I-140 filed by attorneys on 12/01/00 Waiting for approval.
