PD Moving Back?

We have applied for I-485. Details are:
RD:July 3rd.
ND:August 14th.
FP:Notice received for Nov.23rd.
PD:July 2001
Category: EB3
AP/EAD:Approved Oct.1st.
My question is if the PD moves back due to the expected backlogs in the begining of next year as predicted on the Sheela Murthy website how would it affect cases like ours? Do we have to wait till PD becomes current again?
We are rather concerned about this. Any help would be appreciated.

EB3 should be current for current fiscal year

This was posted on this forum too. (posted on www.immigration-law.com - breaking news section) In case it had regressed, then I485 would not be approved till your PD was current.

What do you mean by current fiscal year? Is it September 2001-September 2002? Please clarify.
 
Yes - Oct 2001 to Sept 30 2002.

I got this info from immigration-law.com. They cover breaking news very well.
