PD - March 03 VSC --> TSC Case Approved Today

Hi:

My I-485 was Approved today and the derivative is still pending. A friend of mine and his derivative with the similar dates as mine has got their I-485's approved this morning.

EB3, Applied at VSC (Case transferred from TSC in March 2007)
PD: March 2003
I-140 Approval Date: March 04
i-485 Receipt Date: Feb 04
4 EAD's and 4 AP's since 2004
5 EAD applied Last week only
FP-1: September 05 Code 1
FP-2: 5/08/07 Code 3
Case Transferred to TSC: 03/02/07
LUD: 05/09/07 (After Finger Prints).
No Message Change after that.

Other Information:
Change the Job in September 05 and has informed USCIS about the Job Change through my Attorney.

Called the USCIS using the POJ Trick "N" number of times and I was always unlucky. I never got a good IO who told what was case status is, excepting reading the same crap available to us in Case status online.

Took an Info pass appointment on June 18th, where i was told that the namechecks were cleared and finger prints were upto date.
 
Congratulations... my case time line is exactly similar to yours.. this gives me hope. However, my LUD has not changed after VSC --> TSC transfer (not even after FP). My wife's LUD changed though. Infopass confirmed that name checks were cleared long back, got our FPs etc.

Called TSC yesterday, CSR (or IO??) said visa has been assigned..

Keeping min fingers crossed.:confused:
