PD instead of RD case adjudication by USCIS?

Hi guys,

I just read an interesting piece of info in NSC forum. It has been suggested by USCIS NSC service center rep over the telephone that they "nowadays tend to focus more on PD rather than ND" when adjudicating cases. Could id be the reason of random approval pattern we are seeing now?

That 's not true and never be true. I have two coworkers with similar pd/rd with mine already had green cards two years ago. Now I have another two coworkers got approved last week with pd/rd behind me but had FP done in the early Feb. 2005.

They never follow any rules as human beings should do.

Well, so much for the theory...

Well, so much for the theory...i still can not believe they don't have at least some kind of processing strategy, but may be they don't actually...
