PD in August 2003 , what is the affect of retrogress

MY PD is August 2003. Filed 485 in September 2004 and currently on EAD and AP. ANy idea about how this recent retrogression will affect cases like me ? Please clarify.

Background:

I am a Canadian working in Arizona under TN status and my Wife has TD status.

Questions:

1) If I file my Labor Certification (Electronically) in July 2007 and everything goes right is it safe to say I could have my LC approved by October 2007?

2) If my LC is approved by October and EB-3 "All other Countries" is current can I file my I-140/I-485/EAD and AP in October?

I want to obtain EAD for my Wife ASAP, I would appreciate any help with regards to the above two questions.
