PD EB3 2002 India - Noid / RFE Answered no response yet, is anyone in same situation?

Hi guys

Responded back to Intend to Deny on my I-485 around 7 weeks back, No response yet, is anyone in the similar situation ?

VSC > TSC 03/07
Sofar four EAD's and four AP's approved.
NOID on I-485, ( Employment verification letter) Answered around 6 weeks back and message says RFE response received and there are three LUD's on 1-485. 09/09, 09/10 and 09/11, after that no response.

Any thoughts ?????????????????
 
Since your got confirmation RFE was received there is not much else you can do. Next would be name check clearance, if not already, and you should hear the good news after that. NC is the key nowadays.
