Pd dates moved.

Today Priority dates have moved to march 1st, 2002 for EB3, india

As our PD is jan 24th, 2002, do we have to initiate enquiry? When should
I start enquiring?
How does this work?
Did anyone do this enquiring and what kind of answers can I expect?

You can initiate enquiry if
1) The processing date shown on CSC report is 30 days after your ND.
AND
2) Your PD is past the cut-off PD.

You meet 2, if you met 1 also, then you can initiate enquiry. Must warn you that enquiries do not result in anything concrete. But you can try, doing something is better than doing notthing !
