PD Current for Feb - Is it True

  I saw some postings saying PD becomes current for EB3/EB2 during Jan 14th State Dept Listing because of new law. Is it correct ?

EB2 would become current or at least till april 2000 but EB2 becoming current hell no way !!

I have seen that State Department is releasing more Immigrant Visas because of new law and i saw some postings saying they might make the EB3 current in Jan listing
