PD Current but still in name check.

I called Service center and they said that your case is stuck in name check
though you have priority date.
How do i contact the FBI, is there a 800# or address
is there a forum link that you have dicuseed already please help

This is the FBI number for FP status check. I called up earlier today and asked them about the status of my FP check which was done on June 10, 2006. The lady who talked to me said that they cleared it and send it back the same day.
If you're going to call, better have you A# ready. I didn't but the lady used my SSN to look it up.
 
Thanks for the info, i called the number and they said that my FP was done and results sent to USCIS on Oct 1 2004.

Where can i check if the Name check was done, whats the next step

the phone number is for FP

The phone number given above is for FBI FP results. The name check results are not disclosed there. I asked the lday if there is any number I can call and she said they are not accepting any calls for name check now.

If anyone knows of any number please forward that in this forum.

NONE! Oh, yeh, WOM may do it.
 
I have an LUD on my pending I-485 on 09/12/2006.
I found out that my NC cleared on 09/11/2006.

It looks like there will be an LUD after Name check is cleared.

My ND = 02/2006
FP = 03/11/2006
PD = 06/2000
LUDs = 03/13/06, 03/14/06, 09/12/06
 
May I ask how did you find out your name check was cleared?

I called VSC. They said Name check has been cleared. I guess they take 60 days to update before reviewing my case.
I guess they go by receipt date to approve any case provided the PD is current.
I will have to wait for few more months.

I also wrote a letter to Senator regarding name check status, but waiting for reply.
