I am happy about the fact that my PD has become current but now my lawyer is refusing to do the 485.
Heres a gist of my situation -
Recently changed companies - havent yet applied for AC21 though.
The company has only recently applied for H1 transfer based on approved 140. The old company H1 is valid till 2010, yet the visa stamp on the passport has expired.
Now can I apply for the 485 for my wife on my own?
There is a question that asks for the visa stamp ---what to do for that?
Anyone have any experiences with applying on their own?
