PD Current, Adding spouse to I-485 later - Unique Situation

I am currently on O-1 visa and my wife a dependent O-3.
We have exhausted our 6 years H1 limit
My wife is out of the country for a year to reset the clock on H1-B
She can be back only in June '07

My PD is current, can I apply for I-485/EAD and add her later?
Let me know if it would jeopardize her chances for green card?

Can she not apply for CP? And then when gets back she can probably apply for AOS?

She can apply later provided your priority date remains current.

------------ if you are on O-1 visa status how you can exhauste 6 year H1 limit? O-1 has no 6 year limit.

-and you also wrote that she is on O-3, if she is on O-3 then can come to US with O-3 and file her I-485, EAD/AP

---------as you say she is on O-3 why she cant come back to US??
