Does ID have any impact on 485 processing time? In other words, if two people applied for their 485 in 12/00, one of whom has a ID of 8/99 and the other having a ID of 5/00, would the 485 processing time be less in the first instance? Or is it the case that 485 processing is more or less a First-In-First-Out queue.
