Pd 3months Later Than Rd

people please post your experiences, my received date at IL SWA is Aug'23rd 2003. they gave me a pd of dec'23rd 2003. this is so unfair. anyone with same experiences??

i got my BEC letter confirming dec'23 2003.

Doesnt PD relate to LC, he is talking about BEC sending him letters, I am not aware of any 140/485 getting letters from BEC. :)
 
Sorry! I just looked at your posts. I'm talking about the LC date. Bit worried as to should my attorney pursue with SWA or BEC to get the date corrected?

My LC was filed in April 2003, EB 3 RIR VCS, but still have not gotten any letter.Any suggestions.....
