EB3 PD 00-01 who received Bio Notice recently post here

Guys and Gals,

Just want to see how many EB3 2001 and prior PD applicants have recently gotten a Bio Notice. I am doing this out of curiosity. Please post here if you have a EB3 2001 or prior PD and have received a Bio Notice in the past few months.

Let me be the first to post.

PD - Aug 2001
Country - IND
Code 1 FP - Feb 2005
Code 2 FP - Never got code 2 FP notice
Code 3 Biometric - Feb 2006 (Appointment is for the 11th of March)

Guys and Gals,

Are there just two of us EB3 2001 PDs that got Bio notices recently. Its a little hard to believe.

I was just going through your dates and realized that our dates are very similar in most respects. My Code 3 is for March 11th as well. Maybe we are getting close to our approvals. Who knows?

saras76, maybe you are right, we should be getting our approvals very soon if the priority dates moves from april.
