PCC from RPO

Has anyone taken PCC from RPO? What do you get as a part of PCC? Do you get a stamp on your passport when it is done from RPO (regional passport office)?

I am thinking of sending my brother to the Passport office to apply for PCC on my behalf. However, if they require passport, then it will not work since I am in the US.

Has anyone tried to get PCC from India while they are still in the US. Please post.

You have to submit your original passport. You get it in one day. They do stamp your passport.

Which RPO you are speaking about Arun? Anyone done this from Bombay?

In Delhi RPO office .....They do not take with the original passport
as they have the put a Stamp on it ...if approved
