PCC apply in DC experience

you mentioned that you sent it by post and received the PCC within 11 days, that was fast. Was your passport issued here? or was it issued in India?

I got my PCC and passport back yesterday from the NY consulate in 11 calendar days. My new passport was issued in NY and they used the new passport number in the PCC.

Agree with the above post. Children below the age of 16 years are exempt from production of PCC.
