Here I am creating a seperate thread ONLY for NJ case approval. It appears NJ approval rate is very low as compared to other.

Any NJ approvals are welcome here so that we can see the trend.

45 day letter dated 4/11/06
45 day letter received: 4/18/06
45 day letter replied: 4/18/06
LC : hoping & praying for its approval

Does any one know about whats happening in Phil BEC

I received my 45 Day letter in May 2006 and my attorney responded in May 2006 .

Today is Oct 23rd 2006 and havent heard anything from Phily BPEC.

I would hate to believe that they are painfully slow

My PD is Oct 10th 2003
State of filing is NJ ( Multiregion - anywhere is USA)
My Case # : P-05146-XXXX
