Paystubs RFE

Hi,

I switched my job 4 months back using AC21 and informed INS about the same. My project is about to get over and I may be on bench for a couple of weeks. If my employer gives me $0 paystub for 0 hrs worked. Will that be okay for the I-485 RFE for paystubs.

----- $0 pay stub is NOT OK, why you want to sit under BENCH or stand on Table?? if the employer does not pay why you joined him and used AC21 for that employer??? you can find new employer and send new Employer letter to use AC21. AC21 can be used more than 1 time

Thank You for the reply. I am presently working on $xx/ hour which is far (almost 100% ) more than my GReen card Labor approval rate ( $yy/hr ) . If suppose on bench my employer pays me $zz/hr which is less than $xx/hr but 15% more than labor rate($yy/hr ) will that be okay?

My employer has given the EVL letter for the salary which comes to around $zz/hr.

------ that may be OK they just need make sure you are working

I am planning to go to India for 1 week. Can you please tell me if my employer doesn't pay me for leave of absence while I am out of country will that be okay for I-485 ?
