Paystub doubt!

I am going to apply for my H1 and my job pays me a base salary plus a commission and my employer says he will agree to assure a fixed amount i.e salary plus commission. but as we know, comission is something that may vary adn i am concerned because if i got to canada and they ask me for a pay stub i might only show the amount which is my base pay unless i have already got a commission..do you think this is k? because my employer would have signed the INS papers saying that this is a assured minimum that i will pay.

so even if they question me can i tell them to see my employer's letter and tell them that i will be receiving my commission check soon or bonus check soon. Pls help me out! i believe if we get lucky they dont even check the pay stub.

and just in case you get denied for h1 at canada can we still come back to usa and then later go to india to get the stamping? is there a time limit?

thnks,

----------------- Your Employer is supposed to pay you the salary that is on LCA or more than that if it is less then LCA then you may face problems for Visa stamp if it is according to LCA then no salary issue

---------------NO, you have to go straight to India
and then later go to india to get the stamping? is there a time limit?
