Payroll Issue; Please Suggest

Hi Everybody:

I need you guys suggestion on one of the questions that i have

I worked with my GC sponsored employer on H1B visa and later changed my employer by invoking AC21 ( >180 days of 485 ND)and started using my EAD which is valid till July 2004. I had some paid vacation left (10 days=80 hours) with my GC sponsored employer which i want to get paid , will it be OK if i ask them to pay now ?

1. I will end up getting 1 paycheck from my current employer and 1 pay check from previous employer for the unpaid vacation time which will be specified as a VACATION time on the paystub specifically, will it be OK getting 2 paychecks for full time period of 80 working hours from 2 employer ?

If answer is YES to Q1,

2. Since my payroll is according to H1B visa with previous employer and on EAD with the current employer, do i need to ask my previous employer to make any changes or submit new form I-9 again ?

its always ok to get the final settlement later on . So if u had out standing money left you can get it does't matter when.now or 6 months later .
 
Agree with ghost rider. I changed jobs 1 yr ago, and moved from H1 to EAD. Am still settling some of the open financial issues with my past employer.
