paying $USD 120,000 to obtain Canadian PR

Hello, I am a businessmen and was wondering whether it is worth it to spend 120,000 to obtain the Canadian PR and later on the Citizenship (Note-Without staying physically in Canada) by means of investing there in a business. I do not intend to settle in Canada, as I am well of in my present country, mashallah. I want to obtain the citizenship for safety reasons as I live in developing country and the ease of traveling with a Canadian passport. And my children to want to go to Canada for higher education. How many people think its worth it and how many thinks it not.

well I'm canadien myself I think if you don't atttend to live there why border?
I understand you want to invest there but still! it will be using the system and I don't think it is right! If you'll want to move there well it will be another story but your case it is just for security and schools sorry but this is my opinion. I'm here in the usa now but I paid to become legal I don't have anything left in canada but my family love usa and this is my home now I just don't use it for the dream I live the dream!

How did u pay to be legal. Do you have to invest, is it that 500K thingi in low unemployment areas and 1 million dollers in an part of USA. If so how longs the procedure? Whats the easiest way for an businessmen to obtain the US green card? Someone pls guide.

please tell me: how one can recieve PR by paying $120,000... is the money to be used for the business you establish? how long does it take to recieve PR if you pay this amount? where do you have to show the proof of funds, or to whom? PLEASE REPLY i really need info about this thank you so much...
