I am revewing my EAD and I have questions
1.I am confused how to make check payable: they give different names in I-765 form it's "Department of Homeland Security" on USIC www page -
it's "US Citizenship and Immigration Services"
My first check for EAD was made payable to "US Citizenship and Immigration Services" - on it went OK.
What now, who recently succesfully did that, pls respond.
2. what exactly to write in current immigration status?
I've read threads and it said "pending adjustment of resident status" is that correct?
3. My birth certificate is not English, so I am doing a translation by myself. Do I need to include notarized statement that my translation is correct? I did it for I-485 application. Do I need to do it now again?
