The act of paying child support (or having children) is not a way to gain legal status. However, if your deportation may cause grave harm to US citizen children, it might get you eligible for a stay of deportation. Maybe, and it's a high hurdle. Your US citizen children may sponsor you once they turn 21.

Your child support requirement will remain, but it likely cannot be enforced.

You may be able to get the payment requirements reduced based on your lower income.

However, whether you get it reduced or not, it is unlikely they can enforce it after you've been deported, except by either refusing your future applications for a green card or visa, or arresting you when you enter the US if you manage to return.
