Pay Stubs-H1 Stamping

Hi,

I am going for my H1 Stamping. I worked in Company A in 2003 and Company B from 2004 .I heard usually they see only the recent PayStubs and its good to carry one year's pay stubs .

Is this true or usually will they ask all the PayStubs from the Previous companies too?

They need W-2s for the entire period your stay in the US( usually 3 years should suffice ).

Paystub and W2 Issue

Hey guys,

I got my H1B Revalidation Stamping done from Toronto on Jan 19, 2005.

I did carry some recent paystubs and my W2s but the visa officer checked neither of them.

I will be going to Canada for Visa stamping very soon. But, I dont have paystubs or W2 forms from one of my previous employers. Would that cause any issue?
Can someone with similar situation share their experiences?
What should I be anticipating from Visa Officers in my situation?
