Pay fees to USDHS or INS or BCIS?

I am in the process of renewing EAD and AP.

Latest EAD form mentions to pay the fees to INS.

Latest AP form which expired on 06/30/04 mentions to pay fees to USDHS. Is there new form somewhere?

By mistake I have one money order for both applications in the name of BCIS. What is the process to change name on the money order. Should I have separate checks for AP and EAD

I sent all fees payable to "USCIS"

worked fine - I've got them approved.

I know people have sent payment to "Immigration and Naturalization Service" - that was accpeted also.

USCIS seems to be the current trend though !

No idea about changing names - you can go back to where you got the MO from ( postoffice ? ) and check with them.

I sent 2 separate checks .... not sure if you can combine them - but I wouldn't confuse them any more that what is necessary - so send 2 separate checks/M.O.
