Congratulations on your approval.
Could you give a prediction when my case can be approved. MY ND is Dec. 12, 2002. I have sent my RFE to INS (just routine EVL and status check). My FP will expire in three months, still the first one (the end of last May). Do you think they have been done with my name check so that they come to the next step for my RFE?

Here are my predictions for me.

I don't know how much time to add for name check, but recent APL's have been around 8 - 30 days after RFE reciept. The name check could add any amount of time in to the process.
