if changing address in next 2-3 months
then you probably have to inform the NVC but if not in coming 6 months then you should be OK.

If so then shall I use C/O or just my Name and there address.
Please clarify your idea.

Your Name and his/her address
In US you do not have to specify c/o. They do not check who lives there... Just let your friend know that your important mail will be coming at his/her address. I had specified my friends address to receive green cards.

Where do you specify address for Green cards- Patta Hara?
I will be staying at same place until POE, but plan to change my residence in a couple of months post that. When and where do we put our address for Green cards ?

Just some thoughts....
If you know your new address and are moving immediately after POE, give that at POE (address to which card should be sent to) as Patta has mentioned.
If it is couple of months, relax. Nowadays, you are getting the Plastic card in about 4 weeks on an average !
If you do move after POE, you have to inform INS, but better to keep that address active as far as possible. Other alternative, as Patta has suggested is to use an address you know is relatively permanent.

My POE was on Feb 18 and I am moving March 31. If I don\'t receive my Plastic card till then, what should I do? Will the post office redirect the card like any other mail or will they send it back?
What number should I contact for giving a change of address to get the Plastic card?
Any help would be appreciated..
