Past visa denial info

I am most curious how does past visa rejections play into filing for I130 or I485. I am petitioning GC for my parents and they have been denied visa renewal in the past. I do not see disclosure of such fact in either 130 or 485.

More likely that not, your parents visas were rejected because of your presense in the US. They appeared to have immigrant intent, in the eyes of the consul it seems. You are now sponsoring them for such immigrant benefit. Should not be an issue. Having said that, if there were other issues that disqualified them for visit visas, then the same issue may disqualify them for immigrant visas.
