Hi, I lived in US in the past and had a foreclosure which might have affected my credit history badly. If I apply for B1 visa, what are my chances of getting the visa application rejected?
I owe NOTHING to any Credit Card. Due to financial constraints, I had to leave US, and later on the house got foreclosed. One thing I just wanted to point out is that the loan was split into two (which is quite normal), a big, and the remaining small one. The big one had the house as a collataral which got foreclosed. But the small one remained opened.
