Past record and fiance visa

I'm a USC, and have a record of lewd conduct (Sexual with minor) 14 years ago. It was a stupid mistake. I'm off the probation, but I'm thinking of bringing my fiancee, who is 28, to America. Will that record in the past have any impacts on getting her the fiance visa for immigration?

The general consensus appears that a consultation with an attorney experienced in AWA is needed at the very least (at least to make sure whether you fall under this act for sure).
