Past problems for Naturalization

Hi,

Im 23 yrs. Im applying for Naturalization. if i had been arrested but never put in jail.. must i provide documents ? i was 11 yrs old when this happend...( stole comic book ) :mad: Also, In middle school i went to a juvenile court for inadverntly breaking my friends arm wrestling. No charges were brought against me :) . Finally, i got my first ticket a month ago for going the wrong way. I paid it online quickly.

Must i provide documents for this ? when submitting the form ? If so what kind. I really want to get this right the first time .

Yes you have to mention all arrests, court appearences, and Citations on your N-400 form.

First of all consult a competent lawyer and explain everything clearly BEFORE applying. Most people on this forum are not lawyers and you need legal advice before applying.

i was thinking on aquiring documents from the police department.. & court documents from the juvenile court. I really dont want my application to go smoothly.
