I think I applied 9 years and won twice. Once in 2014 but had a super high case number and wasn’t called for an interview and then in 2019 and moved over at the end of 2019.
Thank you Simon, your help was an integral part of making my journey much easier to navigate.I remember well both times Mijoro! Hope all is going well.
Caught in the "Gambler's fallacy" there @Britsimon .
Theory states that, if the region's odds are 1 in 20 (as you put it above), then if someone enters for 3 or 4 years, their chances improve to a measly 1 in 20. If they enter for 1000 years (assuming that's possible), their chances improve to, wait for it...., 1 in 20!!!

BobIf you enter for a thousand years at 1 in 20 odds you odds of winning are almost 100%.
99.9954% to be exact.
Is it cool to ask, if any of those 6 times were high case numbers and hence no interviews as opposed to not getting selected in the first placeEntered the previous 6 years for both myself and my husband. Same as the year we were selected.
Entered 6 times, selected once and just received green cards. Is it cool to ask, if any of those 6 times were high case numbers and hence no interviews as opposed to not getting selected in the first place
