My H1B has expired and I have applied for an extension.
Meanwhile my passport is also expiring and need to apply for a additional 10 yrs extension & additional booklet.
Looks like there is a rule when applying for passport, its required to provider copy of work authorization (H1B copy). But since my H1B has expired, what should I send to the embassy when applying for a passport renewal.
One more question: Can I apply for the state id in this situation ? What will I need to apply for the state Id (since my H1B is expired ?)..
