Hi
I've pending case as an asylum, my next individual hearing he will be on March 2023.
Before I was arrested by ICE, after I played the Bond I get out in 2 days.
The immigration judge cancelled my deportation. After that the immigration they give me my Bond back ($$$$).
But the immigration they keep my passport.
Could you please tell me if there is a way to get back my passport too ??
I need more information about my passport.

Go to the immigration that get your passport and tell them that you need some information about it. Or may be ask a photo copy or something like that you need a copy for some requirements you need to comply.

Can you brief; how & where you got arrested by ICE?

Can you pls let us know why it took 2 days for you to get out?

You got your full bond back or partial? Did they mention any reason to keep your passport?
