I have am planning to travel to the United States on May 21, 2008 on a business trip and return back on July 30, 2008. I have a valid business visa B1 that expires on December 16, 2008.
I will have more than 6 months validity on my passport when I enter the U.S. and I wanted to confirm that I am within the regulations to travel on my current passport.
Will there be any issues with the Visa office at the port of entry with regards to my passport validity.
