Hi,
Our I485s were approved last week. Mine is AC21 case. Can primary applicant and secondary applicant go for passport stamping on different dates? Or do both need to go for stamping at the same time?

My case details:
Nebraska Service Center
LIN 02-150-XXXXX
RD: 03/15/2002
EAD: Just got 3rd EAD.
AP: 3rd AP application pending.
FP: 2nd FP done in Nov '03.
RFE: None. Filed AC21 paperwork while changing companies in Nov '03.

thanks,
-Ramesh

Does't matter

Primary & Secondary can do stamping in different dates.

My friend did the same thing. But they had two approval paper with them..

You can go in different dates but it is always better to go at the same time..........

A lucky No RFE Guy

GRamesh,

You are one of the lucky "No RFE" species. Looks like the AC21 letter you sent found its way to your file contrary to the popular notion that it will get lost in the INS jungle.

Congratulations. I am not sure about your actual question though. Why dont you call the local INS and enquire.

Please post your details on www.rupnet.com/immigration - the stats there help us in understanding adjudication trends.
