Passport Stamping Experience in Seattle INS

Hi,

My case was approved 2 weeks back. The details are:
EB2 RIR INDIA
PD: June 2000
RD: 03/09/2001
ND: 03/26/2001

RFE January 18 Birth Certificate
Approved: February 25th 2002.

Went to Seattle INS on March 7 for passport stamping both for me and my wife. Reached at 9:00. Got my passport stamped at 5:00 in evening. Though the passport stamping took less than 5 minutes.

So In Seattle go early then you can be out by 11:00 AM.

IT IS HORRIBLE SITTING FOR 8 Hours.

Could you please tell me the office hours and location of INS in Seattle? I plan to get my PP stamped soon but I don\'t have a whole day to wait there. I am wondering if I could just go in the afternoon and get it done by 5pm?
