Passport Stamping Experience at Houston Office

Arrived at the office at 8:30 am on Tuesday the 3rd of Feb. Took about 10-15 mins to get the ticket for me and my wife. There are usually 3-5 counters open to process applications. It took us two hours before our number came. Took about 10 mins to stamp our passports. It's a very straight forward process.... no need to worry.

Take current AP/EADs. 2 ADIT style photos. They didn't ask me for my DL or SSN but keep them handy to be safe.
 
Stamping experience

Was your case approved at the Service Center or do you have to attend an interview before stamping. The reason being, we had an interview last month and the officer did not approve our cases as our FBI check is pending. Dunno how long it would take for our FBI clearance comes through.

I received and RFE to which I responded and our cases were approved. I just went there for Stamping!
Do not worry about the FBI Clearance because on certain occasions there's an expected delay.
