PassPort Stamping after 485 Approval? Need your sugesstion please ..Very urgent

485 have been approved for my wife and me on April 1st week. But my wife is in India now and she will back in few months. Please answer my following questions:
1. Can I stamp my passport alone?
2. Can I get a stamping in India with my wife, is it advisable?
3. Other options?

1.You can stamp ur passport (recommended)
2. You cannot stamp your passport in India; yours is an AOS case.
3. I presume your wife went to India on a AP; She can come back with that AP and then she will be subjected to a "deferred" inspection at the POE. This means that she will be allowed to enter and then she has to go the INS serveice center to get her pssport stamped.

I think there are discussions regarding cases similar to yours. Search for "defered inspection".
