Geting card is not significant

Changing job doesn\'t have any significance with geting card. As long as you can prove your change of intent(Like better job etc.) u are safe. However it will be nice if you can hold on atleast 6months from the date of approval.

it is not necessary to hold you job for 6 months after approval

I believe you have no any problem to change job or quit job. The old law requires 6 months otherwise your company can call INS to pull your case off. Now you are totally free.
