Passport stamped at Newark Today 5/10

Hi Folks,
   I got my approval notice yesterday.
I went to Newark today at about 7.30 am
On the ticket they said the wait will be about four hrs
After four hrs of waiting, they called my number and went to the window
it took only five minutes to stamp the passport.
all you need is what it says on approval. Nothing more nothing less.
I will be away for a while and may not be able answer all your questions.
I will try my best to do so. The myth that ppt is stamped only on wednesday
as I thought was just a myth.

Try avoid thursdays. It will be very very crowded.
 
Congrates !!! Do they ask for

any information, verbally or in writing, pertaining to the current job like salary or employment verification letter or recent paystubs etc.?
 
NO

Take only what the approval notice says. They list all the things that needs to be taken. You also need to take the AP and Emp Auth Card if you have any. They wont give you the employment card back
