Passport stamp question

Hi, I got my passport stamped yesterday, but the INS officer didn\'t take my I485 approval notice. She just returned it to me. Basically she took my two photoes and I94, and had my fingerprint done. I don\'t remember I wrote down any of my personal info to them, such as name, address, A#. Will this affect the plastic card processing? How will INS know my personal info to order the card?

They do take approval Notice

and you should not fill the doc.. You just need to finger print and sign it

Did they take your courtesy copy? EOM.

No. They didn\'t take my lawyer\'s copy or courtesy copy.

Will this have any impact on my plastic card processing? Did anybody have the same experience?
