You just need ordinary pp photos for medicals, which you can get it done in US.
The cheapest way is if you have a color printer, scanner then scan a PP photo and take a bulk printout.
Also your above reasoning should be hosptial and studio close to each other.
But in my opinion, even if you go to Hinduja, U can still do both of them. (though it will cost you the cab fare and about 1.5 hrs of travel time, which you can do that in the medicals break with ample time to spare)
