Passport not stamped; Any problems

I and my wife entered US on Feb 28, 2002 on H-1 and H-4 visas respectively. Our port of entry was JFK, New York. When we reached our home, and looked at our passports, we found that the immigration officer did not stamp my wife\'s passport. My passport was stamped properly. Our I-94 forms are also OK.

Is there a problem that my wife\'s passport not stamped ? If yes, what can be done now ?
