For example, if INS review my 485 case in August, they will look at my passport copy, and my passport's expiration date is December. Is it a issue? I heard somewhere that the passport should be at least 6 months away from expiration. I will get my passport renewed when get stamped of course. Anyone has same experience? Thanks in advance.
