Passport issue with H4

My wife\'s current passport has wrong last name and Date of Birth, since we were in hurry we used it to get H4 visa 2 yrs ago, now she is india and she wants to get new passport with correct information. Does she have any problem getting new H4 using her correct name and DOB on new passport

after H1-H1 transfer getting new H4..

any input is really appreciated.

If you have a valid H1 stamp in passport , you can get the new H4 in the new passport withour hassle. But you have to show the proof or valid reasons for changing the last name and DOB (like supporting documentation). Nothing should be construed frivolous
