My wife and I are expecting to have approval of our I485 this summer.
However, her passport will expire next month.
What do we need to do?
Does she have to renew her passport?
Passport renewals have nothing to do with approvals of 485. In fact, it is better to get stamping done on a new passport not that it matters. Secondly, you definitely need a valid passport for travel.
