Passport expiring ??? any problem?

Hi , guys I applied for 485 in december and my passport is expiring in next december , apart from applying for new passport do I need to do anything special for GC process ?

there are indian consulates in many cities in US. Find out where u (your state) belong and then send your passport with relevant documents and photos.......
