Passport Expiration And H4 Question - Help Pls !!!

My Wife's 10 Yr Indian Passport is expiring in Aug' 04. She has to send it for H4 revalidation before June'04 ( as it will be 1 yr since her last visa expired and her recent H4 has been approved last week). Suggestion needed on how to proceed now.

a)Do we need to renew the passport and send the new passport for revalidation ? If yes, do we need to attach the old passport which has the expired H4 visa?

b)Or send the current passport for revalidation ?

c)If we send the current passport and god willing she receives the new H4 stamping before her passport expires on her old passport, and she renews her passport, how does the renewed passport gets the new stamped visa ? Do we need to send the new passport to INS again and get it stamped again ?

Not a clue on how to go with the current situation. All help is appreciated.

---- Renew her passport and staple both the passports and write in cover letter that earlier H4 visa is in expired passport
b)Or send the current passport for revalidation ?
----Both passports stapled together
** She can get her PP renewed now from Indian embassy or nearest Indian Consulate
